Within the below presentation, I explain my apparel line, sourcing process, logistics, and scheduling with my brand SuperSet. For Fall/Winter 2021 SuperSet is producing three designs: The One-Shoulder Bra, The See-Through Me Jacket, and The High Waisted Ripped Leggings. I also talk about the sourcing strategies along with what manufacturing and distribution centers are to be used. Lastly, I talk about the timeline and preparation it takes to go from idea to hitting the floor. It includes a colored excel calendar to represent the time each section takes to product an ending product.
